C-AAre was born from over three decades of façade and glazing expertise at Cheshire Architectural Aluminium (C-AA).
After completing hundreds of large-scale BTR, PBSA, and hotel projects across the UK, the C-AA team recognised a recurring issue: once buildings were handed over, their façades were often neglected. Basic cleaning contracts or reactive FM teams were unable to maintain performance, compliance, or warranty standards — leading to costly failures and disputes.

In response, C-AAre was created as a dedicated aftercare and maintenance division — designed by façade engineers, not facilities managers. Its goal was simple: to keep every installed system performing as it was on day one.

Launched in 2024 as part of the Cheshire Group Holdings expansion, C-AAre introduced the first subscription-based Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) service for façades, windows, and doors. The model combines technical precision with sustainability — offering regular inspections, digital asset tracking, and predictable cost plans for developers, operators, and managing agents.

Today, C-AAre operates nationwide with fully electric engineer vehicles, supporting some of the UK’s leading build-to-rent and student operators. Every visit helps maintain airtightness, efficiency, and resident satisfaction — proving that good aftercare protects both buildings and brand reputations.
